Like me, you may only have a problem with the black inkjet head, but when you do your head clean, all the colours get used up as all the heads get blasted through with ink. What a waste. In most cases it can take three or four runs with the head cleaning utility to get the nozzle to work again. that wastes all the ink from all the cartridges. I recon the D92 can empty a full cartridge with less than 20 runs of the utility. What a useless idea. You would think the likes of Epson would have printers that allows you to select which colour to clear. Blocked heads can be cleared with warm water (there is plenty of helpfull advice on other Youtube postings). But that is very fiddly and still can waste some ink trying to get the heads full of good ink again.
